Local Pick-Up

For Vancouver customers, we offer free pick up. Please use the code KITSPICKUP at checkout. I will contact you when your order is ready to arrange our appointment. Please note that pickup windows are subject to availability.

Returns + Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns and exchanges. If there is a quality issue with your scrunchie, please contact us and we will happily work with you to find a solution.

Items Arrived Damaged

Please send us a photo of your scrunchies as well as a description of the damage. Email MUST arrive within 3 days of delivery and photos MUST include the original packaging (envelope/mailer and box).

Canada-Wide Shipping

Your order will be shipped through Canada Post.

In order to keep shipping prices low, orders under $50 are shipped using Canada Post LetterMail and are not tracked. There is no way for 4th + Fir to track your item if it is sent through LetterMail. If you have not received your package after 7 business days (after you have received a dispatch notification), please contact us.

If it is important to you to have your order tracked, shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

Domestic Orders over $50 are shipped and tracked using Canada Post Expedited Parcel.

Shipping fees are waived for orders over $80. Please use discount code SHIP80 at checkout.

US Shipping

All US orders are tracked using Canada Post’s Tracked Packet™– USA.

This generally takes between 4-10 business days.

Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

International Shipping

To keep shipping costs low for you, International orders are sent using Canada Posts’s Small PacketTM International – Air.

This generally takes between 6-12 business days and is not tracked.

Customs, Duties, Taxes

UK Orders - Orders over £15 are subject to a VAT (Value-Added Tax) of 20% + an £8 handling fee. Payment will be due upon delivery/pickup and are the responsibility of the purchaser. 4th + Fir is NOT responsible for any customs, duties or taxes.

All international orders may be subject to customs, duties and taxes determined by the destination country. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the payment provided to 4TH + FIR APPAREL. Please ensure that you are aware of which fees your country will collect before placing your order.

COVID-19

Due to the global pandemic, post offices worldwide may experience significant delays in their processing and delivery of items.

We, unfortunately, have no control over or insight into these delays. If knowing where your package is at all times is important to you, please choose the shipping upgrades available at checkout.

In order to do our part in decreasing the spread of Covid-19, 4th + Fir limits our trips to the post office to twice per week. Additionally, we follow appropriate hand washing and station-sanitizing procedures in order to maintain cleanliness in our workspace.
